Started a private coaching practice, and remains dedicated to my work to this day.

Began working with company owners to address limiting factors and find resources for more effective company operation, as well as in personnel diagnostics, hiring, and employee adaptation.

Became a co-founder of "LTV-Experts Group" (a training company specializing in human resources) and "STM Business Consulting" (business diagnostics and support).
